Project Clean Break

I am a startup business that entered into a partnership agreement with a financier giving up a significant share holding in the entity. It now appears the financier does not have the money as promised and that he possibly forged a signature on the agreement. I am seeking assistance to either invalidate the agreement and seek damages or terminate the agreement for breach and seek damages. The nature of the startup is confidential and any support will need some form of confidentiality cover. The support person must be licensed to practice law in Ontario and be available to attend resolution meetings in Toronto Canada between the parties and to draw up final dissolution agreement.
