Need to setup due dilligence structure for companies registered on our platform

We have an online B2B platform where companies are registered. Most of the companies are from india. We want to setup a structure where we can do basic due dilligence of these companies. For this purpose we want to only use details available in public domain like on MCA site. We are looking for someone who can help us put this structure together and lay down steps on what to do and where to find the information so our team can follow it.
