Need to introduce non-voting stocks and convertible notes in the Company Constitution!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Gopal Krishna, the founder and CEO of Singapore software company Premdhara Private Limited. I am an Indian citizen and resident. My company constitution allows for only voting shares. But now I want to have non-voting shares and convertible notes also issued in the name of my company which can get converted into non-voting stocks during series A. For that I need legal service to change my company Constitution and whatever else is required.
