I need a Practicing Company Secretary (CS) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in MCA/ROC filings to convert my Private Limited Company into a Dormant Company under Section 455.

Bank accounts will be closed
I will provide a valid Director DSC

Work Required:

Prepare Statement of Affairs
Prepare Declaration of Inactivity
Prepare Affidavit & Board Resolution for Dormant status
File Form MSC-1 with MCA
