Multi-Court Legal Intern Support

I’m looking for an energetic intern who can slide straight into the flow of work at Dhanak & Associates. Most of my active matters revolve around corporate, criminal and family law, often running in parallel before the High Court, the Family Court and the Sessions Court, so you’ll need to be comfortable moving between all three jurisdictions without missing a beat.

Day to day you will:
• Dig into point-specific legal research and deliver concise, well-cited notes (SCC Online, Manupatra or similar tools are fine—use what you know best).
• Draft petitions, replies, written statements, notices and brief opinions that are court-ready.
• Accompany me to hearings, take crisp notes and help keep the case file updated immediately after each appearance.

I value accuracy, clear turnaround schedules and an ability to anticipate the next procedural step. If you already know local filing norms and have set foot in the High, Family or Sessions Courts, that practical familiarity will help you stand out.
