I’m looking for a lawyers based in mainland China who match a very specific profile. The right candidate will be a native-level English speaker (or as close as possible), at least 35 years old, with a solid track record advising global companies on corporate matters. Contract law is the primary focus, and I need someone who has already handled technology-sector work—think SaaS licensing, software distribution agreements, data-transfer clauses, and the like—inside or alongside multinational organisations.
