Lawyer Required - 10 hours per week / 9 month contract.

We are looking for a NEWLY qualified Solicitor / Lawyer with sound understanding of applicable laws and regulations covering the UK Jurisdiction that ideally has some experience in areas including banking law and regulation, corporate law, competition law, IT and data protection law
9 month initial contract.
10 hours per week.
You will be working in the
- drafting of contracts on behalf of the company
- managing external contracts offered by partnering firms
- understanding of the AML legislation of the UK
- advisory on corporate M&A transactions
Experience in the FinTech / Payments Services industry is preferred.
We are open to ACCEPT a foreign based lawyer so long as you meet the skills/requirements of a newly qualified UK lawyer [and the manner in which we assess if you meet the UK requirements is very simple, our team simply review your work experience log to see if your skillset and VITALLY your competencies are meeting the standards of a newly qualified UK lawyer]
I will be requesting you to share your work experience log/journal that you maintain, to have an understanding of your legal experience over the last few years and the skills you have displayed in being a practitioner of law.
