Inactive UAB Liquidation Help

Job ID: 40188215

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

My dormant UAB was formed in 2019, has never traded, holds no assets or liabilities, and now needs to be either formally liquidated or transferred for a token sum—whichever proves faster and more economical. Because all steps must be completed in person at the Registry Centre, VMI, and any other relevant authorities, I can only work with a resident of Lithuania who is already familiar with the local corporate-law procedures.

What I can supply right away are the full incorporation documents; Tax returns have always been filed, no financial statements or shareholder agreements were ever produced, as the company never became active. Beyond that, I will rely on your guidance about any additional paperwork the authorities might request.

I have not yet decided whether sale or liquidation is the better route, and I am also undecided on whether I will need you to find a buyer. I’m therefore looking for someone who can:

• Advise me on the practical differences, timeframes, and fees involved in both options.
• Handle the chosen process from start to finish—preparing and filing every form, attending any required appointments, and keeping me updated until the entity is officially removed from the register or transferred.
• Provide clear documentation proving completion (e.g., Registry Centre confirmation, VMI clearance).

If you have recent, verifiable experience closing or transferring Lithuanian UABs and can act quickly, please outline your approach and expected timeline.
