Identify an optimized way to provide quarterly returns to individual investors for a limited period of time

As a firm we complete different projects (meant only for lease), and each project is sold to different set of individuals. Each individual may hold partial or complete ownership of the leased property. These individuals shall get a portion of the lease income as per their respect share of purchase.

We would like to identify an operationally easy way to provide lease income to the said individuals on a quarterly basics for a certain of period.
