IPO Roadmap Creation

I'm looking for a lawyer in the united states to help create a comprehensive roadmap for my public company preparing for an IPO. I am open to consulting, but would mainly be interested in a roadmap or a list of things (if we consult I’ll prepare and take notes) It will need to include everything from

Key Phases:
- Market Research: Identifying potential investors and assessing market conditions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring we're adhering to all necessary regulations.
- Pre-IPO Needs: Detailing all requirements before the IPO.
- First Investor Preparation: Outlining needs and strategies before securing our first investor.
- Fund Collection Process: Developing a clear, efficient method for collecting funds from our first investor in exchange for shares.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of IPO processes.

A prelaunch checklist and final checklist are also required, and I would also like a valuation or details on how to obtain one.

The lawyers I can find cost $300-$400 and I can not afford that for one hour right now.
