I need help starting a Delaware B Corp and writing the necessary governance documents. The business is service-based.

I need help starting a B corp in Delaware since I am raising funds to start an air ambulance company. I would need help With the business formation and the governance documents. I am seeking $3M in investment from a mixture of not for profit hospitals and for profit investors. My personal goals are to get at least ten percent ownership with enough B shares that I will have a permanent seat on the board of directors. I have heard horror stories of founders being muscled out so I want the corporate bylaws structured in such a way that this can’t happen to me.
I plan to be the CEO of the company for the first five years at least. I would like to ensure that as long as I am a share holder in the business and maintain my FAA qualifications that I will be a captain on the aircraft of my type within the fleet.
