My immediate priorities are three core instruments—Contracts, NDAs, and Service Agreements—and I will likely commission compliance briefs, M&A schedules, and internal policy drafts once the first set is in place.
These documents are intended for broad Corporate Law use rather than a niche industry, so the language must stay neutral while still withstanding scrutiny from investors, regulators, and counterparties. I have no legacy templates; every clause, heading, and definition will be crafted from scratch and must be internally consistent, cross-referenced, and ready for signing.
Deliverables
• Editable Word (.docx) and PDF files, styled for company letterhead
• Clearly numbered sections, logical cross-references, and jurisdiction-specific language where appropriate
• One revision cycle after my in-house review (turnaround within three business days)
I will supply the governing law, commercial terms, and signer details at kick-off. Familiarity with DocuSign-ready formatting or clause libraries such as Contract Express or ClauseBase would be helpful but is not mandatory.
