UK Company Sale Legal Support

I’m finalising the sale of my UK-registered limited company and need a UK-qualified corporate solicitor to take the deal from handshake to completion. The price is already locked in, so your focus will be the supporting paperwork and any quick guidance on whether we proceed as a share or asset sale—the route is still open.

Scope of work
Please draft, review and see through to signature all core documents:

• Sale and purchase agreement
• Disclosure letter
• Transfer of shares / asset instruments
• Any ancillary documents normally required to complete a clean, compliant exit

If post-completion filings or notices turn out to be necessary, we can discuss adding those once the main contracts are wrapped up.

Practicalities
The transaction is straightforward and time-sensitive, so I’m looking for someone who can slot it into their schedule now and close it promptly. The fee is a fixed £300, payable on completion.
