2. A companies liability in crime, contract and CSR (liability in crime, contract, corporate social responsibility)
3. The rules members and directors of a company (inside company rules, how to become a member and voting, introduction of directors and officers)
4. ASIC, fundraising and disclosure (consequences of defective disclosure)
This will only require 30 minutes of time and consist of 20 mc questions - Thankyou my good sirs.
