Change ownership structure of C Corp

We have a Delaware C corp which is owned by 2 LLCs and a foreign entity. One of the LLCs has decided to fully relinquish their shares and their investment to date into the company, so we would like to change our ownership agreement to reflect this. This is all fully amicable due to personal circumstances. Please let me know what details I need to provide for an accurate quote.
