UK Business Acquisition Solicitor
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am purchasing a small-to-medium childcare business in the UK and require a fully regulated, UK-based law firm to guide the transaction from initial checks through to completion.
The engagement must cover:
• Anti-Money Laundering and comprehensive identity verification for all parties
• Full legal and commercial due diligence on the target company
• Drafting, negotiating and finalising the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
• Holding and releasing completion funds through your client account
Experience with childcare sector acquisitions, Companies House searches, and HMRC clearance is highly desirable. All work must comply with UK SRA standards, and you should be set up for remote KYC procedures so we can keep the timetable tight.
