My question is, is it possible to sue an American company from outside USA? I live in Germany and bought a Cisco device on January 2020 through Cisco international sells team (not from Germany). They sold me the wrong device. And now for 2.5 years, they are giving me different excuses, and forwarding me to different departments. I wrote and received maybe more than 300 emails. I have full conversation proof from the email. If it's possible I would be happy to share contingency fee.
