I need a lawyer to help me incorporate my new business in Canada

I run an outdoor retreats company that take young professionals white water canoeing while teaching them lessons about self-development and mindfulness. Its a small enterprise, anticipating $40,000 or so of revenue this year. I'm considering whether I should also incorporate a Holdco to manage the assets of the opco.
