I need a video editor

Just need to add a slide at the start of the video out our professors name and his company name and at the end of the video a piece of line to be added can make next slide for that at the end ..an during the video the only the professor name should be at the bottom.. should be done in 30-40mins will pay you 500-600 as we don't have much budget..
