Word Template Mapping in Author-IT

I have a corporate Word template (.dotx) that already includes our approved styles and a branded header with both the logo and a secondary image. I need those same design decisions reproduced inside Author-it so that any book I publish through the Author-it print engine renders exactly like documents created directly in Word.

Scope
• Map every style in the .dotx —headings, body paragraphs, numbered and bulleted lists—to equivalent Author-it print styles.
• Recreate the header so the logo and accompanying image appear in the correct positions and at the correct sizes on every printed page.
• Run test publications (PDF is fine) for at least two sample topics I will supply and adjust until the output is indistinguishable from the Word original.

Deliverables
1. An updated Author-IT template for publishing in Word.
2. Two sample PDFs that demonstrate the mapping is working.
3. A short note listing any style name changes you made so I can keep our documentation consistent.

Acceptance
The job is complete when the published in Author-IT Word documents match the Word template for typography, spacing, and header graphics with no manual tweaks required after publishing.
