Queensland Certification PDF Profile
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have just launched a building certification company here in Queensland and I need a clean, professional company profile delivered as a print-ready PDF. The document will act as our calling card for architects, developers and local councils, so it has to look polished while clearly outlining who we are, the services we provide and why we are qualified to deliver them.
Here is what I already have: a logo in vector format, basic brand colours, bullet-point service descriptions and a short “about us” draft. What I do not have is a cohesive layout, refined copy or high-resolution imagery that ties everything together. That is where you come in.
Your task
• Shape my rough content into persuasive, error-free copy that speaks to a construction-industry audience.
• Design a visually engaging multi-page layout (around 6-8 pages is my early estimate) that can be sent straight to prospects or printed for meetings.
• Supply the finished profile as a high-resolution PDF and, if possible, the editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator or Word are all fine) so I can make minor tweaks later.
• Turn the job around as soon as practical; I am ready to review drafts immediately.
Acceptance criteria
• PDF renders flawlessly on desktop and mobile, with all links and bookmarks working.
• Consistent use of our brand colours and logo.
• Clear sections for About, Services, Key Personnel, Compliance/Accreditations and Contact.
• Two revision rounds included to polish copy and layout.
