Outdoor awning signs and window panel

I've attached a photo of the shop front. Need to redesign all sides and Corner window panel.

Prefer to use only words, no photos. I want to keep it simple but happy for any suggestions.

Happy to do a new logo (No set colour theme - I do like the idea of Black white red)

Front:1220mm high x 3960mm wide
Corner: 1220mm high x 2860mm wide
Side: 1220mm high x 8650mm wide
Corner window: 1800mm high x 2650mm wide (able to see out from inside)
