Modernize Our Brand Emblem

I'm looking for a talented designer to rework our current emblem. The primary purpose of this emblem is for brand identity.
Key Aspects:
-The file name Fallen Arbiter needs a fix
-I want the weapon gone and the name below gone as well
-The other file named The Logo, I want the symbol in the middle to move to the Fallen Arbiter File, replacing the America Flag with the new symbol on it
