Logo for a nonrpofit

As a passionate, dedicated individual, I am seeking a talented Freelancer to create an eye-catching logo for my nonprofit organization. The organization is called Emerge Young Adult Services. Emerge serves youth transitioning out of foster care and young adults utilizing a wholistic approach. Housing opportunities, coaching, personal & career development curriculum, and financial literacy are the core services Emerge offers.
Mission Statement- "Emerge envisions a world where struggling young people are able to transition into adulthood with a solid sense of self, purpose, hope and the tools to not only survive, but thrive."
I have a clear and specific vision for the logo and am looking for someone with the creativity and technical skills to bring it to life. This individual should be comfortable working with a variety of design elements and graphics to make a cohesive and effective logo. The logo should demonstrate professionalism, while also portraying our humanistic message.
