Logo / Website and template design

I am looking for a talented designer who can create a logo, website, and template documents for my brand. I have some preferences, but I am open to suggestions and creative ideas.

Objective:
- Communicate a specific message or feeling through the design
- Establish a strong brand identity

Design Preferences:
- No specific design ideas or preferences
- Open to any design concept
- Open to any color scheme or fonts


- Development of templates for various purposes, including website and email
- Templates will also need be developed for standard word documents (letter, memo, report, file note, report with TOC)
- Creation of a brand style guide that reflects the essence and identity of my brand
- Incorporation of existing brand elements, including logo, color palette, and fonts
- The project needs to be completed within 3 weeks
