Logo Refinement Needed

I'm in need of a professional designer who can help me. I need the logo extracted from a picture and background deleted to use in multiple applications throughout my business. I'll need a seperate file with the completed Seal. Saying "SPAANS" then underneath "Foundation Repair Ltd." Then between the two blue lines seen in the photo, "Innisfail, AB". I just need this exact look, refined to make sense. get rid of everything else not requested.

Ideal candidates will have:
