We run a business that runs game servers for a popular game, Rust. We are looking forward with our future in mind and want to set up the business to be as successful as possible with our ultimate goal to host servers for many different games and possibly begin leasing server space for people to run their own servers as well.

Our goal is to find someone with a proven track record who can help us with identifying who our customers are and what we can do to better build connections with them so they will want to continue to spend time with us. Our revenue is made completely through players choosing to support us with optional transactions so the key to gaining and retaining paying customers is through forming this connection. We would like to work on brand guidelines, community engagement, marketing and more.

The ideal person will have experience working with social media platforms and Discord, huge plus if they have experience with gaming communities. We would like to work with this person for at least 1-2 months to help us develop our plan and help with implementation. After that we would like to maintain a relationship with the person to assist us as-needed.
