Designer Needed for eBook/Graphics - The "Salary Negotiation Success Kit"

Negotiation Media is an ambitious and innovative team looking to empower young professionals in the Philippines, Malaysia, and India to achieve financial freedom, excitement, and fulfillment. We've developed a comprehensive toolkit to help individuals negotiate their salaries effectively and with confidence.
We are currently in need of a talented graphic designer to enhance the visual appeal and usability of our educational text materials. We want our toolkit to not just provide valuable content, but also to be a joy to interact with. This job involves converting our Google Docs text content into engaging and professional graphics, following a color scheme and style that aligns with our brand's identity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and layout our 29-page Salary Negotiation Playbook (Text Provided)
- Create a visually appealing 2-page Negotiation AI Cheatsheet (Text Provided)
- Design a concise and easy-to-follow 1-page Salary Negotiation Checklist (Text Provided)
- Construct an engaging 2-page Negotiation Preparation Sheet (Text Provided)
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a keen eye for aesthetics and detailed designs
- Ability to deliver professional yet approachable designs
- Proficiency in color schemes, specifically in using #ffffff, #97c8f0, #0072c1, and #153464 (Color Scheme is attached)
- Experience in creating educational or instructional materials is a plus
- Ability to adhere to project timelines
PROJECT SPECIFICS
- Final deliverables are expected in PDF format and sized at 8.5x11 inches
- Rights to the artwork will be fully transferred to our company upon completion
- Our logo will be provided to be included in all designs
- Specific font guidelines: H1/H2/H3/H4 - Intro Rust, Paragraph - DM Sans (Font Sample Attached)
- A mixture of H2/H3/H4 must be used
- *Emphasis on creative freedom: We encourage you to make bold design decisions, play with layout and negative space, and use design principles to transform our text content into an appealing, engaging visual experience. This is not about a simple copy-paste of Google Docs content into a graphic document. We want a fresh, creative interpretation (We've attached a sample of the style we want).
- Designs will be checked every 2-3 days for feedback and revisions through Freelancer's texting feature
- The finished design will be included in the Salary Negotiation Success Kit sold on Negotiation Media's website
- Upfront payment, not hourly
- Project completion date: June 12, 2023
