DEI Roadmap Update
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a concise, board-ready PowerPoint deck—five slides total—delivered no later than Tuesday, September 23. The tone must stay corporate and professional, and I’ll share our exact brand guidelines so colors, fonts, and iconography align with existing materials.
Here is the structure I’m after:
• Slide 1 – Roadmap Review: show the original five-year plan I’ll supply on the left and, on the right, a visual “Progress to Date” summary with check-marked goals achieved, redirected goals, major challenges, and a brief note on how the roadmap has evolved.
• Slide 2 – Revised Initiatives (2025-2026): highlight the updated priorities that emerged from lessons learned this year.
• Slide 3 – Sponsorship & Event Summary: focus specifically on event visibility and engagement; attendance and budget details can sit in smaller supporting text if needed.
• Slide 4 – Culture & DEI Alignment: demonstrate how our culture roadmap dovetails with DEI milestones.
• Slide 5 – Values in Action – Survey Results: recap key survey themes, what employees say matters most, and the immediate next steps for reinforcing those values day-to-day.
Deliver the file in editable .pptx format with clean, on-brand visuals, clear data call-outs, and minimal text on each slide so the committee can grasp the message at a glance.
