1. Project Overview
We seek to enhance and redesign its existing Corporate Profile into a premium executive-level presentation that reflects the Company's strategic positioning, corporate identity, business capabilities, governance, and long-term vision.
The existing Corporate Profile (approximately 30 slides) will be provided as the foundation for this engagement. This is not a content development project from scratch. The selected consultant will enhance the existing presentation by refining its storytelling, content flow, visual presentation, and overall executive appeal while preserving the approved corporate content.
The redesigned profile will serve as FRIMEX's official corporate presentation for high-level meetings with government entities, high-level investment companies, international strategic partners, multinational corporations, and prospective Joint Venture (JV) partners.

Refine the existing content without developing a new profile from scratch, including improvements to readability, headings, section organization, and information hierarchy while preserving the approved corporate content.
Redesign the presentation with a premium executive corporate look and feel by enhancing layouts, typography, branding, visual hierarchy, and overall consistency.
Review, enhance, or recreate visual assets where required, including photos, logos, images, charts, graphs, icons, infographics, diagrams, maps, tables, and illustrations through retouching, resolution enhancement, color correction, background cleanup, formatting, and optimization.
Deliver a cohesive executive-level Corporate Profile suitable for high-level meetings with government entities, high-level investment companies, international strategic partners, multinational corporations, and prospective Joint Venture (JV) partners.

7. Consultant Qualifications
The consultant should demonstrate:
Proven experience in executive corporate profile and presentation design.
Strong portfolio of at least three (3) similar corporate profiles, annual reports, or executive presentations.
Expertise in corporate branding, storytelling, information design, and presentation layout.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
