Corporate Letterhead Template Design

Project Description:
We are seeking a professional designer experienced in creating Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates. Your task will be to develop corporate-styled letterhead and presentation templates for our organization, which operates in the education sector.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in designing corporate templates
• Strong understanding of visual elements (line, space, color, and texture)
• Familiarity with language settings and localisation
• Ability to create user-friendly templates for individuals with limited knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• Well know to the concept "Death by PowerPoint" and how to structure modern efficient slides.

Project Requirements:

Design:
• Two corporate-styled A4 letterhead templates for Microsoft Word (one with an address and one without)
• One presentation template 16:9 for Microsoft PowerPoint with front/ending-slides, and at least six different slide layouts with a variation of heading, with text and with/without images.

Branding:
• Utilize color schemes, logos, fonts, and other elements according to our brand manual

Usability:
• Ensure the templates are easy to use and tailored for communication in Swedish

Preferred Delivery:
• Draft:
• Initial draft due by June 2024
• Final Delivery:
• Complete delivery by 31 July 2024

Draft Review Process:
• A minimum of three draft reviews are required
• Each draft should incorporate feedback and necessary adjustments to ensure the final product meets our standards
