Building and Patio Design and Drawings
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am opening a craft brewery, taproom, and beer garden. I need design drawings for the building, tap room, and outdoor beer garden for the permitting process with the city.
I have included some simple drawings and measurements as a starting point.
The area noted "Space 2" is an open warehouse for storage. It needs to be shown in the building design, but will not be used as part of the brewery.
Space 1 is the functional part of the brewery and taproom. We need to add assorted tables and 100 chairs in the front part of space 2, a mock up of a bar, a garage door on the right side of space 2 in the taproom and sitting area that leads out to the beer garden
I have included a satellite picture of the outdoor beer garden and parking area. We need to add parking spaces in the area marked parking area. Assorted sized tables and 100 chairs outside. An awning off the building (marked covered seating area). We need to add a small stage for live music noted in the picture. We also need to note that the beer garden is lined with fencing.
