Fashion Designer – Women’s Western & Traditional Wear
We are a growing women’s fashion startup looking for a Fashion Designer with experience in both western wear and traditional/ethnic wear.
Requirements:
• Fashion design background or relevant experience in women’s wear
• Strong understanding of market trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and garment construction
• Ability to create sketches, tech packs, mood boards, and collection concepts
• Good sense of commercially sellable and trend-relevant designs
• Knowledge of collection development and sampling process
We are looking for someone ambitious, hardworking, creative, and adaptable. Since this is a startup environment, the candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and contributing beyond a fixed role when required.
Scope of Work:
• Designing western and ethnic collections
• Market and trend research
• Fashion illustrations and tech pack creation
• Assisting in sample development and execution
• Working closely with the team on collection planning and product development
