Juice Sleeve Design to CDR

I have a print-ready sleeve design for my juice bottles that was produced by an AI tool and is currently only an image. All I need is a clean conversion into an editable CorelDRAW file saved in a recent version (CorelDRAW 2021 or later is fine). No colour changes, text tweaks or layout adjustments are required—just recreate the artwork so every element sits on its own layer and stays fully editable for future tweaks.

• One layered, CMYK CDR file matching the original image exactly.
