Flatten & Align Circle Loom Design

I have a circular loom design saved as a JPEG/PNG. I need it converted into a clean, flattened layout that sits perfectly central on the page—every spoke and stitch line must keep equal proportions so the whole image translates exactly as-is, just no longer on an angled camera perspective.
