Editable Vector Office Plan

I have a set of reference images of our office and I need them translated into a clean, vector-based floor plan that I can continue tweaking in CorelDRAW. Exact dimensions are not critical; an accurately proportioned, visually layout is what matters. Please include every room, partition wall, door and window, along with the current furniture arrangement so that desks, meeting tables and storage units appear in roughly the right places.

The final deliverable must be a single .cdr file that opens in CorelDRAW 2021, with objects grouped on sensible layers (e.g., walls, furniture) so I can hide, move or resize elements later.
