EDM and Promotional Banners Graphic Designer

PROJECT: EDM & Website Banner Design for Promotional Product Company

We’re a promotional product company looking for a creative graphic designer to support us with two key tasks:

1. EDM Design Support (2x Weekly Emails to Wholesale Customers)
- Audience: ~500 distributor companies
- File Format: Editable CDR (CorelDRAW) or AI (Illustrator)
- Option A: Deliver 4 editable templates:
- 1x single product
- 1x multiple products
- 1x themed (e.g. Christmas, Summer)
- 1x text-only (media releases)
- Option B: Design 2x EDMs per week ongoing
- Creative Requirement:
- Use supplied product images creatively (e.g. background changes, composition)
- Make designs more engaging than basic product shots
- We will supply past EDMs and competitor examples for reference

2. Website Banner Design
- Scope: 6–8 banners (desktop + mobile formats)
- Content: We’ll supply copy and direction
- Inspiration: Current website + competitor sites provided
- Creative Requirement: Visually striking, modern, on-brand banners — more engaging than current designs
