CorelDRAW Share Certificate Mail Merge

I’ve designed a share certificate layout in CorelDRAW 2021 and now need it fully mail-merge-ready. The data lives in an Excel spreadsheet; every row represents one shareholder with fields such as name, certificate number, number of shares, date issued, and any other standard details that you tell me are essential for a smooth merge.

What I need from you is a clean CorelDRAW file that already has each variable field correctly linked to the spreadsheet columns, so that I can open the document, refresh the connection, and instantly generate a merged PDF run without touching the artwork. Accuracy of field placement, consistent typography, and zero broken links are critical.

Please let me know how many data columns you will need, any naming conventions that make the merge easier, and whether you prefer the Excel file formatted in a particular way (e.g., text-formatted certificate numbers).
