Convert Letterhead PDF to Editable CDR

I have an existing letterhead saved as a PDF and I need an exact replica built in CorelDRAW. Every element—logo, layout, colours, alignment—must match the original precisely; nothing should shift or change during the transfer. Please match the fonts you see in the PDF so the finished file looks identical when printed, yet remains fully editable layer-by-layer in CorelDRAW for any future tweaks I may need.

Deliverables:
• A clean, well-organised .cdr file that opens in current CorelDRAW versions
• All text fully editable, no outlines unless a font cannot be matched
• Page size and margins identical to the supplied PDF

I want the letterhead to be printed please take special care of margins while designing as the main issue is printers are creating a border which i dont need
