Convert JPG into Editable CDR

I have a single image in JPG format that I now need rebuilt from scratch as a native CorelDRAW (.cdr) file so I can freely edit it later. My priority is full editability—layers, paths, and any text or shapes must be unlocked and ready for quick tweaks, colour changes, and resizing without loss of quality.

Please recreate the artwork precisely, keep dimensions identical to the original, and supply the finished file as a clean, well-organised CorelDRAW document (no embedded bitmaps). If you wish to include an extra AI or EPS export, that’s a welcome bonus, but the .cdr is the critical deliverable.
