Vector Conversion Service

I send about 20-30 vector conversion request to the current company I use per month. I am unhappy with the quality of work and turn around time. Most of the time, the requests are 1-2 colors. About 3 times a month I will have requests that are 3 or more colors. I need the simple conversions returned to me in an hour or so, no conversion requests can take more than 3 hours. I would like to be able to pay monthly. Once the bill is sent and it looks correct, I pay immediately. I work in Corel, so I need all of the files PMS C pallet, fonts converted to curves/outlines and .eps format. The smallest amount I can go for posting a job is $10. I AM LOOKING TO PAY $3.00 - $4.00 PER PIECE OF ART. IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO MY POST!!
