Translate existing files into Corel Draw files

I have a lot of trafficad files I need to import into Corel Draw. I would like someone to remotely show me how to translate the existing colors and cut lines to Corel Draw. These files are all decals so they have colors and cut lines for our Summa DC5 printer. I need the same file colors and cut lines to be in Corel Draw.
