PDF Row & Address Edit

I have a single-page PDF that must be opened in CorelDraw, a specific table row removed, and the company address replaced with the new details I will supply. I no longer have the original .cdr file, so the edit will have to be done directly from the PDF (or by recreating it precisely) while preserving every font, colour, alignment and spacing element exactly as it currently appears.

Once the row is gone and the address updated, export the artwork back to PDF in the same page size and resolution, and send me that final PDF together with the CorelDraw file you worked in so I have it for future changes.
