Design a Farmhouse

I want a Farmhouse to be designed. Total area will be 15000 sqft with 100 feet front. It should have a duplex in around 300 sqft and a pool of 18*36 sqft and all the way plantation . Rest depends on creatively with lowest investment requirements.
