DTF Printer White Underbase Setup

I’m getting ready to run custom-t-shirt jobs on a brand-new dual-head DTF printer—one head lays down colour, the other sprays the white underbase. CorelDraw 2025 is my design hub, yet right now every file I send ends up coating the entire image with white because I can’t generate the proper spot colour channel. In short, the printer software needs to understand that transparent areas stay transparent while white ink only backs the visible artwork.

• Step-by-step instructions, or a quick remote walk-through, showing how to prepare artwork so the background is truly transparent and the white underbase prints only where colour exists.
• Tweaks inside the printer/RIP settings so every job queues up automatically with the correct separation—no manual fixes each time.
• A short test file proving the workflow, so once we’re done I can hit Print and watch the machine layer colour over a perfect white base.
