CorelDRAW PDF Row & Address Edit

I have a standard PDF that was originally laid out in CorelDRAW. All I need is a fast turnaround on two small tweaks: first, delete one entire row from the layout; second, update the city portion of the address. Everything else—fonts, colors, sizing—must remain untouched so the document keeps its original look.

I can supply the current PDF as well as the original CorelDRAW file if that helps you work non-destructively. Please export the final version back to PDF, ensuring the file size and print settings stay identical to the original.
