CorelDRAW CNC Metal Cut Files

Job ID: 40587726

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a seasoned CorelDRAW specialist who can take my 2D concepts and turn them into flawless DXF files for a CNC machine that cuts medium-thickness metal (between 3 mm and 10 mm). Every line must come in as a closed, connected path, scaled precisely to the measurements I provide, and ready to drop straight onto the shop floor without extra cleanup.

Here’s how I work: I will supply either sketches or existing CDR files. You confirm overall size, adjust for kerf, tidy nodes, remove overlaps, and hand back manufacturing-grade geometry. Smooth cutting is critical, so zero open contours or stray points—my operators should be able to load the file, pick the tool, and hit go.

Essential skills:
• Expert command of CorelDRAW’s vector tools and DXF/DWG export settings.
• Solid grasp of machining tolerances, kerf compensation, and nesting strategy for metal plate.
• Ability to spot issues such as intersecting lines or duplicate paths before they ever reach the CNC controller.

Deliverables for each part:
1. Clean CDR source file.
2. Matching DXF file tested in a CNC simulation or viewer.
3. Quick summary of any design-for-manufacture tweaks you made so I can track revisions.

If you’ve previously prepared 2D files for metal fabrication, especially on medium-gauge stock, let me see a sample or two. Consistent turnaround and clear communication will win you ongoing batches once this first job proves successful.
