Wowonder Social Network & Mobile Apps Update
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
OK, So I have a social media website that needs to be updated with a much nicer, modern, full-width User-Interface. This platform was originally built with the WoWonder social media scripts. Although it was probably the best script out there available for the price, it had/has many limitations and bugs.
A lot of the site and script has been customized already and we are wanting to continue customizing it, away from WoWonder and with our own code, if that makes sense. We would like to eventually not be reliant on the WoWonder scripts at all and have our own custom code.
SO HERE IS WHAT WE NEED DONE: 1) DESKTOP VERSION 2) MOBILE APPS VERSION (FLUTTER OR NATIVE)
#1 DESKTOP
- I WANT YU TO CONSIDER HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO CREATE A BRAND NEW USER INTERCAE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM FOR US, USING THE EXISTING FEATURES. Is this easier to do or to fix the bugs?
- We need to make the site FULLWIDTH. It is currently a 3-column layout. We need each page to be full-width, including the left and right sidebars.
- We need to improve the User Profiles. Better Photo Galleries, Better icons.
- We need a better USER DASHBOARD, for them to edit their profile, their photos, make it also FULL-WIDTH. Need to improve the User -Interface of User Dashboard.
- For some reason Photos are not uploading and saving anymore when someone creates a profile or comments on . It appears to be working and it says Photo uploaded successfully, but the photo didn't actually save and doesn't appear.
- several other things.
# 2 MOBILE APPS
We have 4 Apps actually. 1 is the main site app (we have Android and iOS versions) and 1 is for Messenger (iOS and Android).
They were no longer meeting Google Play Store new requirements for EU and some other thigs so since I wasn't able to get them updated quick enough by deadline, they took them off of the Google Play Store.
With that being said, I guess the first thing we need to do is get them compliant. Next we want to come up with new User-Interface and pages to match the new Desktop interface and fix some bugs, improve Photo Galleries. SO we need a really good person with layout ideas to make this a very nice app.
The WoWonder site also provides UPDATES and there are updated versions from what we have. So is it a good idea first to upload their updated version into the APK? and then begin to improve the interface, the pages, etc. We need advice as to the cheapest way to do this, the most sensible approach and not waste time and efforts duplicating the work.
We want the Mobile Apps to be designed ultimately using FLUTTER or Native cross-platform technology so that we can use the scripts on both Android and iOS respectively.
- Need to make sure that the payment gateways in the mobile apps are working correctly for Users to upgrade memberships, pay for ads, Boost their posts, etc.
