GPS Tracking Protocols Parser

I need to deploy GPS Tracking Protocols Parser (Protocol listener), The GPS server have two side backend which based in Raw/Core PHP and the other side is protocol side which is protocol parser base in C#. I will provide Source code will help in startup, lets discuss i need deploy different device protocols.
