Finalize and Launch Web Project

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer with strong experience in Core PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and Git to help finalize and launch a completed web project. The application is fully developed, and I need someone to perform final testing, apply necessary UI/UX adjustments, ensure responsive design compatibility, fix any minor bugs, and assist with pushing the project live using Git. This is a short-term task, approximately 15–20 hours, and I need someone who can start immediately.

Key Requirements:
- Test the application for compatibility on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
- Implement a list of identified UI/UX adjustments, which will be shared via email.
- Ensure the design is responsive across all devices.
- Fix any minor bugs encountered during testing.
- Assist with the deployment process using Git.
